The Right Ingredients for Success – Julius “The Chef” Jackson

Julius Jackson is a professional boxer, chef, cookbook author, model, and actor. He is a light-heavyweight Olympic qualifier and plays a boxer on the Telemundo series El Cesar based on the life of Julio Cesar Chavez.

What’s the difference between a chef and a cook? In this episode Julius talks about these two roles. In addition, he takes us through his journey of training to be an Olympian while at the same time training to be a chef. He even talks about the influence boxing brought to his kitchen.
