Conversations From Y to X – Matt Thieleman

Matt is a leadership executive coach who helps leaders and teams unleash their ‘underworld’. He helps different people step into their purpose in an articulated manner and thereby create cultures or organizations that can do the same.

In this episode Matt explains to us how he has grown over time by simply asking for help when needed, and asking feedback for his work, instead of having a “Mr. Independent” perspective in life. According to Matt, a complaint against millennials is a reflection of those complaining. Do you think so?

Listen in to hear his perspective.
